Interesting wine to say the least, I purchased this wine for $16 and was not sure what to expect but I enjoy Semillon and Chardonnay so I gave it a try. This is a great wine! Everyone needs a couple of bottles!
In the glass this wine was light yellow with aromas of pineapple and creamy vanilla with a touch of exotic notes. On the Palate apricots, more exotic fruit notes with pineapple and vanilla. This wine is full-bodied and just a touch of sweetness yet complex with a nice finish.
This wine would pair well with Almond Trout, Salmon and many cream sauce dishes. Also great to drink by it's self.
